Zenith vape coils were introduced with Zenith Tank, as they re part of Kroma Zenith Kit too. There are 3 types of Zenith coils to choose from to satisfy all vaping styles. 

Zenith 0.5 ohm coils are pro-flavour orientated coils with recommended settings. They re strongest from the range, and ofthen bought for those, who prefer thicker more flavoured vapes. 

Zenith 0.8 ohm coils is the middle way with recommended power between 15W-18W. If you like strong kicks, and traditional higher nicotine liquids with VG pg RATION 50/50 or higher PG this are best coils for you

Zenith 1.5 ohm coils are really traditional coils for standard MTL vapours , they used to vape with high nicotine e-liquids and prefer very tight draws.

Difference between Zenith coils and Z coils

Official statement from Innokin from December 2020 about changing the official name says Zenith coils are called now Z coils. So there is no difference, Zenith and Z coils are same product.
